ROVERS focuses on the high value-added seed/variety industry, which is the starting point of the agricultural
value chain.
In agriculture, the variety/seed sector is an asset to both countries and companies, despite being high valueadded
materials. However, it still faces issues like unstandardized value assessments and unfair transactions. To
address these problems (transaction difficulties, variety protection, application/registration, customs clearance),
ROVERS is developing the CROP NAVIGATOR solution to standardize value assessments and global
transactions.
Through CROP NAVIGATOR, we offer one-stop services including global variety search, variety trading
requests, overseas variety registration and quarantine clearance, royalty contract agreements, and post-contract
management.
ROVERS believes that one variety can bring various fundamental happiness to humanity and aims to spread it
to the global market.

June 2023: Established as a corporation and fundraised Pre-Seed
October 2023: Registered as a official member of APSA(Asia Pacific Seed Association) and certified as a venture company in Korea
January 2024: Registered as a Seed business in Seoul, Korea
February 2024: Launched Beta version of the global variety trading solution, Crop Navigator
April 2024: Secured Seed investment (Korea Investment Partners, Byucksan, HATZ, Antler)
April 2024: Won two overseas projects from Korea Ministry of Agriculture (Netherlands, Australia)
